Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of attentioneco.com and any services provided by ATTN ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ATTN is a clipping and media agency that provides:

• Strategy consultations
• Clipping campaign management
• Editor network coordination
• Performance reporting and analytics

Specific services and deliverables are defined in individual campaign agreements between ATTN and the client.

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a campaign agreement with ATTN. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Strategy calls are offered free of charge as a consultation. They do not create an obligation to engage ATTN's services. No representations made during strategy calls are binding until a written agreement is signed.

Paid services require a separate written agreement that specifies:

• Scope of work and deliverables
• Campaign budget and management fee
• Payment terms
• Performance expectations
• Term and termination conditions

These Terms supplement but do not replace individual campaign agreements. In case of conflict, the campaign agreement controls.

Payment terms are defined in each campaign agreement. Generally:

• Campaign budgets are paid upfront before campaign launch
• Management fees are typically 30% of total campaign budget
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in the campaign agreement

You retain all rights to content you provide to ATTN. By providing content, you grant ATTN a limited license to:

• Use the content in clipping campaigns as agreed
• Distribute clips through the editor network
• Reference results and metrics for case studies (with your consent)

ATTN retains rights to its proprietary methods, processes, software, and the ATTN brand.

Clipping campaign results vary based on content quality, niche, market conditions, and other factors. ATTN does not guarantee specific viewership numbers, conversion rates, or ROI outcomes. Estimates and projections are good-faith assessments, not promises.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Promote hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or malicious code

ATTN reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization for any lawful reason.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATTN's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ATTN in the 12 months preceding the claim.

ATTN is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Third-party platform decisions (account bans, content removals, etc.)
• Outcomes outside ATTN's reasonable control

Either party may terminate the relationship as specified in the campaign agreement. ATTN may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately for violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
