This policy explains what information ATTN ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep data collection to what we actually need to run campaigns and reply to you.

ATTN is a managed short-form distribution ("clipping") agency operated by Cyrus Greco. You can reach us any time at cyrus@attentioneco.com.

What we collect
When you contact us — through the form on this site, by email, or by booking a call — we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, brand or handle, and the message you send.
When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the information needed to confirm the meeting (your name, email, and chosen time). Their handling of that data is governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
Like most websites, our host may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use this to build advertising profiles of you.

How we use it
We use your information for one thing: to respond to you, scope a potential campaign, and — if we work together — to run and report on that campaign. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the tools we use to operate (for example email, scheduling, and analytics providers) or where the law requires it.

Campaign & creator data
If you become a client, we process the content, brand guidelines, and campaign goals you provide in order to deliver the work. If you join our creator/clipper community, we process the account and performance information needed to brief campaigns and pay out on verified views.

Cookies & analytics
We use only the cookies and basic analytics needed to understand site performance and keep things running. We do not run invasive third-party ad tracking on this site.

How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and campaign information for as long as needed to do the work and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of further contact — just email cyrus@attentioneco.com and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
